To maintain the highest quality of teaching performance, ELIT has certain requirements to satisfy their recruitment process. ELIT require applicants to be:

  • a CELTA trained teacher
  • holding a completed university degree
  • a native English speaker from the western world

Also if you have just received your CELTA certificate and have no experience, but are keen to jump into your first teaching job, ELIT are also willing to take you and help you build your professional skills as an ESL teacher.
